A virtual brand is a delivery-only food brand without a walk-in location. Dish’d has created a line-up of awesome brands – including the recipes, menus and marketing – so you don’t have to.
Your staff simply prepare and serve the food from your existing kitchen alongside your own brand. We’ll take care of the delivery on platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and even a direct ordering channel. From set-up to sales and ongoing support, we’ll always have your back.

- What is a Virtual Brand?
A virtual brand is a delivery only brand. Customers place orders online on delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and direct ordering channels. There is no walk in or dine in trade.
- How does Dish’d work?
We create awesome virtual brands that deliver strong sales. We partner with you to exclusively sell these brands in your area on the delivery platforms.
Your staff simply prepare the food in your kitchen and we take care of the delivery.
- Do I need to have an existing restaurant?
This can be a standalone business or added to your existing business i.e. you can prepare the Dish’d brands alongside your own brand.
- What type of kitchen do I need in order to become a Dish’d virtual brands partner? Can I do this from home?
You will need a commercial kitchen with commercial extraction and gas or 3-phase electricity.
Our brands go into takeaways, dark kitchens and restaurants. They cannot be prepared from home.
We require a fully halal kitchen, a minimum FSA rating of 3 and strictly no alcohol on site.
- What equipment and kitchen set up will I need?
The main cooking equipment is a large griddle and freestanding fryers. We will guide you on how to set up your kitchen to maximise efficiency.
